I find it hard to turn down good friends. Especially when they send me an invitation to join their latest social networking find. As you can see by checking out my sidebar, I belong to quite a few of them. You know the best part about belonging to all of them? Is that I enjoy the niches, I enjoy the specialization of the social networking groups I frequent.

Of course, there are mega social networking organizations like Facebook and MySpace. I suppose LinkedIn qualifies as well. But, to me, belonging to one of the larger social networks doesn't allow for that intimacy of really getting to know who you are networking with. Networking is part, 'let me try our friendship' out and part 'I trust you.' Before you gain trust, you must put in the work to earn it. Online friendships are treasures.

That's why you see so many badges on my right sidebar. I love my niche social networks. They are like special pieces of chocolate; each one has a different surprise in the middle. Niche social networks help you target your audiences better. I love smooth jazz, it is a passion for me. So, checking out the latest smooth jazz news is a treat for me.

If you listen to Michael Baisden's syndicated radio show, then you know what "iseecolor.com" is all about. I warn you that if you check it out, you will realize suddenly that you are in a candy store for business networking contacts. A wealth of helpful, professional people hang out there, and you can not go wrong. The name "iseecolor" is intended to recognize and celebrate the many nationalities and cultures that make up this world and how we can all further one another's goals and dreams.

These are just a couple of niche social networking groups I belong to. I figured I'd plop them on my blog because they are just as important as anything else on this blog. They also help identify who I am.
